OceanEdge was founded by Capt. Mohamed Elzouka, a Master Mariner with over 20 years of experience commanding RoRo, container, general cargo, and bulk carrier vessels worldwide.

Holding an Advanced Diploma in Chartering from London Shipping School and an Executive MBA from BCA College West London, he brings operational depth and commercial acumen to every client engagement.
